VIV is a bespoke residential property company dealing exclusively with premium properties in affluent Naples, Florida. Every detail is crucial: from sought-after plots to planning, architecture, design and build.
Before the blueprints for the first VIV property were even drawn, working with Elise Valmorbida (associate verbal genius) we created a confident new brand. Firstly, a distinctive logo using a castle-shaped hallmark icon alongside a visual language exuding aspiration and glamour, showcased by an inspiring website. Our commissioned photographers also captured stylish imagery for ultra-glossy brochures and ads.
As Florida property slowly emerges from recession, our relationship with VIV has continued successfully; helping generate $200m+ of sales.
