With a proud heritage dating back to 1534, Cambridge University Press produces groundbreaking educational products, distributed worldwide to raise funds for the University itself.

At a commercial level, we produced the Cambridge International Catalogues which communicate their entire product range. With a print run of 65,000, these catalogues are the key driver for the company’s overall global sales.

And we also became closely involved with designing the educational materials themselves. One of our main projects was Penpals, a complete handwriting scheme for 3–11 year olds (teaching them a fluent handwriting style to fulfil their capabilities).

Our aim was to make the books and accompanying materials much clearer and easier to use. Results were immediate: the new Penpals series was nominated at the BETT Awards (the world’s leading educational technology show) and received impressive orders.

In addition, we created Cambridge Reading Adventures – a ‘world map and passport’ to inspire and engage children to read their way around the globe and collect stickers along the way.

“In eight years, me&him have never failed to deliver. They continue to impress with their ability to handle the vaguest of briefs and tightest of deadlines to produce exciting design work time and time again.”

–Emma McCrea, Senior Product Marketing Executive
